Through the analysis of key works, Atmane Bissani emphasizes that mysticism represents a luminous face of Islam and other religious traditions. He revisits the great masters of Sufism such as Al Hallaj, Sohrawardi, Bitsami, Râbi 'Adawiyya, Jalâloddîn Rûmî, etc. The author's dialogue with the great mystics and contemporary writers allows him to reactivate the mystical dimension of the world. For these writers, the search for God passes through the love of his creature. Thus, friendship, love, dreams, strangeness, epiphany, exile, etc., are the themes that recur in these writer-passersons, whose wish is to reactivate the call of love and wisdom in a world that is becoming more and more barbaric.
